     The Summerside Golf & Country Club is a par 72 regulation golf course offering an enjoyable yet challenging golf experience. The course measures 6458 yards from the blue tees with a course rating of 71 and slope of 125. The white tees measure 6136 yards with a course rating of 69.5 and slope of 122. The red or forward tees measure 5773 yards with a course rating of 72 and slope of 119.

    The course was built in 1926 just 1km west of Summerside. It has many tree-lined holes with water coming into play on eight holes. The golf course takes an average of 4 hours to play with all the tees built close to the greens.

    Summerside Golf & Country Club is the host site for the Summerside Lobster Carnival Tournament (July 12 and 13, 2008) and the Atlantic Senior Open (Aug 13 and 14, 2008).
